Perfect mat at a good price
This yoga mat is lovely for the price. I have bought many different yoga mats over the years and some of them have been rather expensive but I don't think that any of them have been any better than this one. I know it's possible to end up with something sub-standard when you buy a cheap yoga mat but this one does not feel cheap at all. It has a good texture, isn't too slippy and has a nice thickness to it - just enough to avoid my tailbone from hurting on the floor doing a sit up but not too thick that it feels like too much. It also has a lovely colour to it.I intend to buy another one of these in the near future just to have a spare. The only thing I would say is to roll it up when not using it if you have cats.. One of mine decided to attack the mat and took a few little chunks out of it. :)

Grip and comfort rolled into one
This is truly a top-notch mat. It was kind of surprising how much comfort and grip it could provide at the same time. Use it both for yoga and exercises such as sit ups, stretches, etc. I find that it's just the ideal thickness for me, soft but not too foamy, and adheres perfectly to hard surfaces. I've also tested it on a carpeted floor and it worked quite well there too, even though it feels better on a wooden / tile surface. Another good thing to say about it is that it's not flimsy at all. With some weaker quality mats you roll them up and after a while they start gaining that shape even when you unroll them again, which is kind of annoying. That doesn't seem to happen with this one. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey in my book for the purpose it serves, but you're really paying for quality here. I've been using it for a few years now and it still delivers. If you need and can afford it, get one.

Get a grip man
Used for astanga vinyasa - great grip, unrolls well - i.e. very little curling up at ends after being rolled up tight for a long time., and soon rectifies itself anyway. Compared to my old foam mat - a 100% improvement in that respect.Substantial weight compared to the foam mat but obviously not a back-breaker. Great vibrant colours - if only my yoga skills matched! Long and thin as should be the case even though it kills my knees when doing the fish.. I have to use a towel as backup when doing a head stand but I'd say it's as thick as you'd want a yoga mat to be to still have some kind of purchase/balance when standing on one foot.Honestly I cant fault this mat, though I havent washed it yet so can't comment on that aspect. But what I can tell you is my old foam mat started smellling of that foot sweat smell(sorry gross but true) after a few sessions. This did not. So less washing for some reason. Oh and also it has a little "warrior" logo attached to one end of one side which I find useful for ensuring it's the right way up/round.Appears to have a shiny coating which worried me about washing but I seem to recall reading somewhere that it's not a coating but that this is just how the material is made, so washing should not diminish the grip - you might want to double check on that though as this is based on memory only and .. .well... yknow ... possibly premature alzheimers here :(

Decent quality yoga mat
I'm very pleased with the quality of this yoga mat. I bought it after seeing my friend with one and noticing that it seemed quite thick compared to the ones they usually provide at my yoga class. Usually, I really struggle to kneel on the mats and have to pad them up quite a bit with towels. I didn't have that problem with the mat. Admittedly it was still a little uncomfortable but it was bearable and I could tell a huge difference in mat thickness compared to what I'd usually use. The only reason it loses a star was because as the class went on, the mat did become a little slippy which I've never experienced before when doing yoga. It wasn't too bad though, so I'd probably recommend this mat. It's not too badly priced and feels decent quality.

Perfect (Read instructions and wipe down the mat!)
My old yoga mat is 10 years old and still works!!!! HOWEVER, after not going to Yoga for some years I restarted recently to find I could not cope with hardwood/studio floors due to joint pain and back issues. I looked for quite a long time to see what was out there and have a read of reviews. I realised I need at least a 6mm thick mat, but didn't want to travel with 2 light ones or pay a fortune for some snazzy mat. This one sparked my interest and after 4 weeks of considering it, I bought it. I am very HAPPY! :0) Not too heavy, lovely colour and nice thickness. The instructions DO SAY, you need to *wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a towel* to get the best grip. I have tried many yoga mats over the years and always stuck with my old one as it was my favourite and didn't need wearing in because well, it had had years of wearing in LOL Most mats Do have a wearing in period, so after reading some of the other reviews here, I would say to anyone thinking of buying this mat, please please DO what the instructions say to make grip better. I just tried mine out and it's great! Didn't need much wearing in at all. Also, because it is wrapped tightly, it will curl back up on one side like anything does after a long period of being rolled up, so either hang over a door (Like I did) or put the mat on the other side till it uncurls. Even Yoga teachers need to wear their mats in!I'd recommend to anyone doing normal yoga every week. It's worth paying the extra money than some cheap nasty thing. My old yoga mat was about £20 or so, 10 years ago and has lasted all this time, so go for it!!!!

Great for light yoga workouts
If you are a beginner to yoga or don't do it daily, then this is ideal for you, its lightweight, its durable, its thin but still has some cushion to it. but its not as anti-slip as id like it to be - so that might be an issue for anyone that struggles with slipping or sliding?

It's ok, but too slippery for my taste.
I've been trying to break this mat in by washing it and just using it a lot, but it is still too slippery. Especially after working up a sweat.. Downward facing dog poses an extra challenge because hands are trying to slip away. I guess this is a nice feeling mat for general meditation and working out, but it's just too slippery for many static poses that need a bit grip.

Good Quality Yoga Mat
Good quality mat. Doesn’t stretch or lose its shape and whilst it’s only been in use for a few weeks several of my class members are using same brand so I must have chosen the right one.

Morbido, lavabile, e realmente antiscivolo. Resta ancorato in terra. Consiglio!
