I ordered this 2-pack of stainless steel trim strips to use for a memorial project, and they worked perfectly. Each strip is 1.5 x 30 inches and made from 304 brushed stainless steel, which laser engraves beautifully. The engraving came out crisp and clean—exactly what I needed for a lasting tribute. The material is durable, resistant to rust and weather, and easy to handle. Fast delivery, good quality

Used the 1” on top and 1.5” on the bottom of my warming drawer. Feel like it looks more finished with the trim. It does not come with adhesive. I thought it did, but probably got confused with another product. I just rolled up some painters tape to see if I liked the placement and it seems to be sticking well, so I probably will leave it as is until it starts coming loose.

Strips did not come with adhesive so I used silicone caulk. Had to use Dremmel tool to cut because of the stainless steel. Make sure the cut end goes to the wall. One side of the strip seems to have a softer edge. I cut my finger tip sliding it along the edge, so I switched sides. But once installed, they look perfect.

Works great

Take me few months finally to cut and installed those strips. We use straight cut snips but very old one because the new one was not working. You just need somebody strong hands and do it. I don't want to use grinder because was leaving dark edge. I glued with Gorilla glue and is perfect. I have a gap between the floor and 2 cabinets in the kitchen and most appliances are stainless steel so this one fit perfectly. Worth it every penny because finally my kitchen looks like is done. So after all is easy to install and easy to cut. Looks like the Gorilla glue is doing the job.

The metal strips were finished just as described. The finished side was well-protected and had a great finish. The metal was stiffer than expected, but that was a good point. I thought it could be cut with shears but it was too hard and thick. I used an abrasive cut-off wheel instead.

It fit perfect in the space

In installing a new dishwasher, I wanted to solve a problem that had been developing in the years since we renovated the kitchen. The exposed painted surface on both sides of the dishwasher door was starting to bubble and peel from moisture and heat. I knew it was only a matter of time before it got worse. I had been considering a few different options when I finally found these. They're pricey for a couple pieces of metal, but they look beautiful and serve the purpose perfectly. The dimensions (2x30) are actually perfect for what I had in mind. It doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the cabinet, but it ends where the dishwasher door hinges so you don't see it. Adhesion was the biggest challenge of all with these, since they're not self-adhesive. I used a small bead of silicone and smeared it as even as I could, then clamped them overnight. Happy with the result. They look great and I know these will hold up much longer in the long term.
