Can't recommend these enough. Started taking them in May this year, it's now October and I can hand on heart say, I no longer have hot flushes and if and when I do they are so brief I hardly notice them. Like the fact that the ingredients list is short which means you're getting a wholesome product and not tablets filled with junk to bulk them up. I also use the red clover from this company and there again am very pleased. Good company that seems to have mimimal ingredients in their products and maximum effect. Will continue to purchase from them. Also price is reasonable compared to other suppliers.

I highly recommend these capsules.As my wife approaches the menopause I wanted to supprot her as best as possible and investigated possible things that could help her!There's a Google search that will change my targeted adverts forever!!!My research led me to buying these for my wife and sister both at different stages of menopause.My wife is taking them as she's peri but my sister is a couple of years in.My sister loves these capsules. The sweats have stopped, her flushes have lessened and she is experiencing unbelievably improved sleep!Since her feedback I have recommended them to two of my friends who's wife's are also going through the menopause. The first just called me as his wife (a few years in to the menopause) wanted to send thanks for the suggestion. She also loves these capsules. They have had the same affect as my sister, no sweats, lessened flushes and improved sleep. I think I suffer from hyperhidrosis as well as being menopausal. For the last couple of years, I have been having awful cold facial sweats, which happen randomly, even when I don't feel warm. They are both uncomfortable, as they make my skin sore, and extremely embarrassing as the sweat just rolls down my face and soaks my hair. I've tried every topical treatment I can find that is safe to use on the face & none have worked. I stumbled across these tablets while looking for an alternative remedy. I thought giving them a go wouldn't hurt, but was quite sceptical at the same time. After taking one a day for just over a week I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of facial sweating I normally have to endure and I have only had a couple of nightsweats!! Only given 4 stars due to the short length of time I have been taking them. Only time will tell if these are a true winner!

Hard to know whether any supplements actually work because their effects are usually subtle and long term. However I do think that this supplement improves my focus and concentration for a few hours after taking it - though I usually drink freshly made ground coffee at the same time. I gave it to my father for 6 years for his Alzheimer's dementia and the progression of that was very slow, again hard to know whether it really works but proper scientific studies showed sage supplements were as effect as the standard dose of the Aricept drug which can be prescribed for Alzheimer's (though usually only in later stage when it is effectively too late). There is also a real known scientific mode of action - increase in acetyl choline in the synapses of neurones involved in memory.

I've ordered this product à few times now. Initially it helped but over time I don't seem to be feeling the effects. Maybe it's just me, who knows?I like the packaging, slim line but sturdy so fits through the letter box. Just what you need.Good price.

I wish I hadn't waited so long to try these. I was getting really poor quality sleep from continually waking up overheated, then on and off all night as my body went from one extreme to the other. Having given them a few weeks to work, I still wake up hot sometimes, but it's nothing like what it was. Massive improvement and has also helped with brain fog, though that may just be the difference that sleep makes! Definitely recommend. I also like that these are just the sage and capsule, they're not full of filler ingredients. It's one of the reasons I picked this brand over a lot of the others.

Great value for money only been taking them for a couple of weeks so still awaiting to see the effects take place fingers crossed they will do the job

Tablets are a good size and easy to take.
