tracks come off easily

Got mine at a pawn shop, still in the box. Brand new.Cant lift a soda can as depicted, unless the can is empty.

This was a gift to my childrenThe kids were able to easily figure out how to maneuver this “robot” using the controller. The robot is VERY LOUD! I was disappointed because I thought the robot would help them learn coding to move and it does not. This has a control like an RC car.

Piece of Chinese junk. The Controller doesn’t have an off switch so you have to take the batteries out to turn it off. The holder doesn’t move up only down in a position you won’t ever use, but it won’t move to a viewable position. The motor is loud very loud. The app won’t download to my android tablet only my iPhone. It won’t go to HD/Night vision and it can’t pick up much. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

I bought this toy for my son’s birthday, and it turns out to be a bad choice. The toy has loud noice and my son only plays it once a while. After a few months, one of the joints doesn’t work any more. The middle joint cannot bend or extend any more, although other parts are fine. The customer service told me that the manufacture warranty is 30 days, after this period time, there is nothing they can do. What a bomber!

Our battery only lasted a year and became defective, no longer able to recharge. Contacted New Bright and they said they do not offer replacement parts, not even for sale. Now we have a paperweight. Crummy way to do business, but I assume they just don't care.
