Chromebook good condition and working fine. Is refurbished so time will tell if it lasts. Price was reasonable. However, seller sent it with an ac charger that did not work. I had 2 others but still.

I bought the Dell Chromebook 11 3100 for work and everyday browsing, and it’s been great. The 11.6-inch touchscreen is responsive and makes it easy to navigate. It’s lightweight and sturdy, so I can take it anywhere without worry. The performance is decent for web browsing, emails, and streaming, though it’s not meant for heavy multitasking. Storage is limited at 32GB, but I mainly use cloud storage, so it’s not an issue. Overall, a reliable and affordable Chromebook that meets my needs perfectly.

The functionality and set up is very good. Some apps have to be in landscape or portrait mode to view/use it. I’m giving 4 stars because the laptop works pretty great so far.(I’ve only had it since September 8th ,2025)Also there will be updates until 2029 which is helpful. However the model year claims to be 2022 and it actually is a 2019. And I’d rather have 3 year old computer than a 6 year old one , especially since that’s what I paid for.

A great value! Durable, lightweight, great battery life and very fast and peppy browsing, streaming and processing in general. This was a replacement for our broken laptop and after this we realized a laptop is really too much Horsepower for the non-business related tasks we do. Paired with a USB drive, we can back up anything in the cloud or locally.

I received 2 of these laptops for my boys for Christmas. I had to return both of them. One camera didn't work and the other the touchscreen didn't work.

Works perfectly. This is exactly what I wanted in a Chromebook. It's the perfect size. The battery life is decent. I'm very happy.

Unfortunately, this was one of those purchases where the negatives out weighed the positives. The positives are that it's a working lap top for 80 bucks and it's a Chromebook, so it will probably keep working. The negatives were: (a) the enclosed power cord was so wrong for the computer that it wouldn't even plug and I had to order a new one; (b) it was advertised as a 2020 model and the sticker on the back plainly says 2019. This matters with a Chromebook because they have updates for a limited number of years and once the updates are over, so is the computer. So, this effectively knocked a year of usage off the laptop. Finally, the screen of the computer very definitely does NOT fold over as shown in the pictures - it's a standard 45 degree hinge. I've been very pleased with refurbished electronics on Amazon in the past and consider them a wonderful deal. The quality control from this company, however, is either incredibly poor or just plain fraudulent. Not worth the hassle of returning, but very definitely not satisfactory.

The Chromebook works perfectly and is in good condition. Will recommend it.

No lead or plug came no instructions some keys would not do what they were supposed to do, sorry but rubbish
