Speedway Motors Bucket Seat Frame Mount Bracket, Features Welded Steel Frame and Black Painted Finish, Compatible with Most Applications, May Require Some Modification

Purchased this for a 71 Chevelle with new low profile racing seats. Since the floor of the Chevelle is mostly flat, Only a small amount of welding will be needed to fit and bolt these into the floors of the car. All of these seat mount brackets will require some sort of fabrication, nothing will just bolt in, these brackets will be useful in most pickup trucks as well again where you need to sit up higher vs. sports cars where your butt is close to the floor boards of the car. Solidly welded together, will take some hefty abuse, finish gloss black paint or powder coat I am unsure but look good. Had to make custom brackets to adapt the seat sliders to these brackets as will all others have to do the same thing. Hope this review has helped others make a decision with their interior projects. Works well in our Scout II !

You can see it in the picture there is no parts that comes with that to make it any kind of universal it's welded together how is that universal you cannot change it does not fit a Chevy that should fit everything not happy at all

Well made but didn't need

Just a heads up, if you're buying this to fit Summit style racing seats, be prepared to make up two additional brackets. The spacing is too wide on the seat bracket. So you will have to make bars to go from this to that size. Luckily that's not a problem for me. But if you're like me you may think we'll Summits seats are common racing seats, and sliders, apparently not the case. So will it work, yes. But with additional work.

Does not fit the seats recommended by amazon. Holes are off by a mile. Making them work will be easier then sending back. Do better amazon, you can afford it.

The product seems like a quality product. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be needing them. Probably going to return them
