We bought this for a Resmed Airsense 10 to plug into a Jackery 1000 for camping. The first night without this adapter, the Jackery went down to 43%. Using this adapter, our Jackery was at 72% the next morning, it worked very well with our power supply. This is running all the bells and whistles (humidity and whatnot) both nights. The plug fits the cpap, and we had no issues with the DC coming out or slipping loose, it is good quality. If you have this cpap, this is the adapter you want. I spent hours searching and stewing over options. This works perfectly. Ot was easy to use, battery life improved, it was a great value for the money.

I used this for camping a couple of nights with my ResMed BIPAP machine. It worked great. Plugged right into my Jackery power inverter and I slept for 7 hours with a little more power left both mornings when I awoke.

Bought this for my AirSense in order to use it when I am out on my boat. Being a commercial fisherman I spend a lot of time on the boat and this worked perfectly throughout the season.

It makes a high pitched whine when working, so I can’t help thinking it is a cheap quality item. That’s the reason for 4 stars. That said, it powers my React Health Luna G3 just fine with no issue. I just wish there was a higher quality version available. So far, the most I have used it for was 5 night’s camping with a deep cycle battery.

I connected mine to a 12V 100 Ah power Queen battery with a two lead to 12V socket (fused). I ran my S-10 auto set (pressure about 10) off it w/ humidifier for about 3 days. Not bad at all. We get hurricanes in Florida so this is a great idea without using an inverter. DC to DC is the way to go for minimal loss of precious power after a hurricane.

Used on a five night camping trip with a small Jackery for my PPap. No issues, other than the annoying green power light; easily solved by turning the little box upside down. Did what it’s supposed to do with no problems at half the cost. Highly recommend.
