Made a huge difference in my sleep. I have issues with a deviated septum and woke up couple of times at night feeling I wasn't getting enough air. This product totally fixed the issue and hugely improved the quality of my sleep. The transparent clear version feels a bit lighter and very comfortable on the nose and the adhesion is just right. The skin colored version seems to stick tighter which makes removal a bit tricky sometimes. But these really work and you do get a better night's sleep if you have something like my condition

These work great! I know so many people who could use these. They do, however, make an impression on my nose. I used to put one on every night and it started to really stay so... I only use them occasionally now. If you don't care about that, go ahead and use them every night as they totally open your nasal passages!

Shape is perfect and the stick-to-it-to-the-nose is much better than other strips! Easy to apply, breathing is improved. I slept longer with it on! Easy to remove as well.

helps my sleep so much and has noticeably lessened my snoring according to my boyfriend. One side always seems to unstick in the night though even when i make sure to clean my skin before applying.

UGH. I was so excited to try these out! But unfortunately each morning I wake up and only one side of the nose strip is still stuck to my nose leaving me to wonder at what point during the night it became useless. I follow all the steps with cleansing and making sure my nose is completey dry and oil free. And obviously one side stays stuck so it's not my nose... just the product not adhering all night long. I will say though, putting the strip on is easy, and it really does open up your nose/breathing immediately. But if it won't stay on all night then it's useless to me. At least they aren't super expensive so it was still worth trying I guess.

top quality and does not leave a gummy residue on your nose after use.....like the cheap ones do

First night and I can tell the difference and the best thing is they take away the snoring that was bothering my wife for months, so far no skin irritation and adhesive is good

works well, without drugs the only improvement would be a soft patch (non stick) directly on top of the bridge of the nose to prevent taking off more and more skin every time you use them.

J'ai acheté 2 boîtes. Une avait un collant pour sceller et l'autre était normale. J'ai eu un doute que j'avais reçu une boîte ouverte. Effectivement, j'ai compté et j'avais 24 languettes au lieu de 30. C'est décevant. L'autre boîte était OK avec 30 languettes.
