Good cycle but its stand is not good and its very bad i hade to buy other stand for my cycle . Is is easy to assemble

1.The cycle build quality is very good.2.the gear shifting system is working well and fine3.the mechanical disc brakes are work excellent4.the assemble is so fast and easy5.the colour and looks of the cycle is attractive6.the fitting is so strong7.the packing is soo good and protectable to cycle8.zoom masera lockout suspension is working super smoothBut there are some minor things about the accessoriesYou have to get you own lock, bottle holder, mud guards and bellThat's all with the good point about the product and it's super durable on offroadsIt's value for money and you can go for it don't think about it is super cycle

Extremely disappointed with the Cycle and the support. I rode this cycle exactly twice and the back tyre tube went bust. I took it to a tyre shor and they said the valve is faulty. I also realised the tape on the cycle rim was loose. I bought exactly the same tube ralson (29 X 2.10) but that did not fit because the air valve on this cycle is different. In the meantime, I kept writing to their support team on whatsapp and email. They said they have sent a replacement tape and tube but its been one month, neither the tube nore the tape made it to me. Frustrated and out of pocket by 20K.

Very Nice Cycle in this range, go for it

I was very much impressesed by the quality of this bicycle very much liked it excellent bargain for money.

Wonderfully designed and good riding comfort. Only worried unavailability of spare at Kolkata.Cradiac also requested to change their delivery partner as Expressbee, due to the experienced I faced for the delivery.

It has good build quality, i tested it, i tried wheelie, downstairs, stoppie, bunny hop, and took it on mountain trail too, it performed really well, gear needs some adjustment, else everything is fine and good to go, i am little bit disappointed with accessories part, i hoped to get some accessories like bottle holder and mudguard, but it only had reflectors and stand, stand was so cheap quality, it broke in my first ride, so i thew it away and bought a new one😉.
