How do you make something that is inherently high in carbohydrates, low in carbohydrates and still taste something like the original? I don't know. But the HealthSmart folks seem to. This stuff is pretty close if you follow the package directions. That said. Others must have discovered it because the last time I ordered it, it went on "back order" ("We'll ship it when we get it.") Which is frustrating because they seemed to say they had it in stock. After two and a half weeks of no seller communication, I gave up on them and canceled the order. I have since been exploring the Proti Diet products. Which so far seem to offer a viable and lower calorie alternative.P.s. The HealthSmart peach flavor is a nonstarter. The box I tried was heavy on the flavoring and left a chemical after taste. If I was rating that product it would be only One star.

I was disappointed this didn’t have more of an oatmeal flavor, but it’s negligible. Mainly rather chalky and thick with strong maple flavor and sweetener.

I HAVE BEEN EATING THIS FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS. I LOVE IT. I ADD CINNAMON AND NUTS AND SOMETIMES VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACT PLUS A LITTLE SUGAR SUBSTITUTE. A HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE TO REGULAR OATS AND FULL OF PROTEIN NOT CARBS!

Tasteless and chalky consistency. Don’t waste your money!

Nope! Listen, I'll indulge almost anything low carb. This is cream mush with sugar alcohol after taste. The texture is indescribable and the flavor is worse. Just...no....just no. Threw the entire box promptly in the trash. Absolutely inedible. Run away rn.
