The media could not be loaded. I feel good whenever I take the tea. It has a good taste and very effective. I take the tea early in the morning and in the night. The size is normal. No caffeine content. Soak the tea bag in a hot water to enjoy it more.

My favourite spearmint tea - just find it to be a bit too expensive compared to the other ones available on amazon. However I prefer the flavour of this one to the cheaper one. It tastes stronger (which I like).I started drinking spearmint tea as I have PCOS but luckily I like it anyways. I prefer it HOT but it's ok room temp and cold too! I've even used it as a base for homemade lemonade.I am unsure if the bag is compostable -

Bought for hirsutism I’ve had this before and it did help but doing this alongside spearmint oil and at home laser this time, I’m non PCOS with unknown cause of the facial hair, possibly hormone imbalanceThis tea Tastes ok and I hate herbal tea, I steep it for a while and drink cold-like warm. The cost is fine for Amazon prime and you get a quick delivery, no where local to me sells spearmint tea. Only one ingredient and that’s spearmint!!

After receiving the product, I have opened the package which was sealed but bag inside containing the tea bags was open which I found odd, so I have counted the sachets and lo and behold there were 38 bags in itTea is alright but I paid for 40 bags
