HANDS DOWN THE BEST PAN I'VE EVER OWNED
Duuude I cannot gush about this pan enough. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the bad reviews, but I'm really happy I decided to get this and not a different product. IT'S SO EASY TO WORK WITH! I love cooking and I love spending hours in the kitchen, and this pan just makes me love both even more. I use an electric stove, if that matters. Anyway, without further ado, here are the advantages: - Heats up really fast! Like reeeeally fast! It's a huge time saver, honestly. - Easy to clean. I even use my bare hand to wash it. I've never put it in the dishwasher and I don't think I ever will. - The non-stick coating works like a charm. Seriously, you've never seen non-stick until you've seen this pan work in real life!!! - Bonus points for being really light Disadvantage: There are tiny scratches on the bottom of the pan. I have no idea how that happened. It might be quick to scratch, so it's best to handle it with care when using it. If you're looking for a small pan for frying eggs, pancake, tamagoyaki and small things like sausages, etc., THIS IS THE PAN TO GET. If you don't have this in your cart yet, what are you even doing with your life?

Works perfectly on the right type / sized hot plate or stovetop
Much easier than using other pans (I.e. A round one) for making tamago. As long as you know the proper method and use a tamago spatula, it turns out perfectly. In the video I use a regular spatula and you can see I struggle with it, especially with one hand, but it still turned out pretty good. If you only have a regular spatula, use a fork at the same time to flip whatever portion the spatula doesn't cover, it's much easier. The bottom is indeed induction compatible. I tried it with a portable induction cooktop (not the one in the video), but the edges didn't cook properly since the cooking area on my induction cooktop was only about 6". Cooking the edges is crucial when making tamago. So if you use induction, make sure you have a 7.5" or bigger cooking area. You can test that by boiling some water in a large pan and measure how wide the boiling area is. The hot plate I used in the video is a 7.1" cast iron hot plate which worked perfectly due to how heat is distributed. This pan seems like it'd be best on cast iron or electric hot plates or stove tops, or full-size induction stovetops (though I haven't tried the latter).

BEST pan I own!
Best pan I own. I had to care for an ill family member this summer who has VERY strict distant needs. I used this pan to separate his meals to avoid adding fats and spices we would use. It worked AMAZING! This pan is non-stick and it’s compact size makes it a breeze to clean. Highly recommend for tamagoyaki, people w dietary needs in their fam, and ESPECIALLY single people wanting little clean up. I will be buying a second one for my adult sim.

Good plan, just small
I bought this on a recommendation from a YouTube channel I love to watch (100% pure japan, is the name of the channel. Sayaka is an absolute treasure to watch and very kind. Her recipe videos are fantastic!), and it's a very versatile! I love that I can make multiple things in it, and if I need to fry something small, this is perfect. My one quibble is it's smaller than I thought, but I didn't measure, so that's on me. It's barely big enough to fit lengthwise on my stove's biggest burner. So if you need a bigger pan, probably look elsewhere or use a skillet. But for tamagoyaki it's perfect!

Worked perfectly out of the box, tried on electric stovetop
I bought this pan to make correctly shaped Tamagoyaki and it did not let me down. Very affordable, light and pretty. I was a little surprised that it is a rather small pan. It makes shaping the eggs a breeze. Just keep the heat on medium low and work in thin layers, regularly oiling the pan with an oiled kitchen towel. Due to the small size of the pan I'd say, the maximum size of an egg roll is about 3-4 eggs. 4 eggs is stretching it a little bit I might say, because the egg roll's height might go over the pan's sides at the end, depending on how large the eggs are. I rolled the egg with a pair of chopsticks and a flat wooden spoon, you don't need any special tools. Overall I am quite happy with this pan, since it is cheap, looks good, light and gets me the results I wanted.

Perfect for tamagoyaki!
I have been looking for tamagoyaki pan for a while and after reading through reviews on the other pans, settled for this one. I was a bit worried about the pan being too small as some reviews said, but it’s the perfect size. I am in love with this pan! The heat is transferred evenly throughout the pan so the egg cooks all over. It requires a little bit of oil to grease up the pan to roll the eggs, but the non-stick coating helps a lot. I was able to make some tamagoyaki to add to the bentos for my boyfriend's lunch. Very pleased and happy with the size and how easy this pan was to use!

Use it more than I expected
I didn't get this so I can make those Japanese omelets, thought I thought, why the heck not? Three months after my purchase, I still haven't made those omelets, but I pretty much use this on an every other day basis. Not even joking. It's just a really GOOD pan - nothing sticks (though I use plenty of oil when I cook, most pans I have STILL STICK), and if you're just making an egg or heating some left overs (we try not to microwave our food), it's just perfect. And what a fun color. Most of my pans are conservative and boring, and this has that fun blue. Is it worth the price? Honestly, based on how OFTEN we use it as a family (of four; and we ALL use it - down to my 12 YO autistic son), I think it's a big fat yes. I have no idea how it will do with those Japanese omelets, but I'm sure it'll be fine. ;)

it is not totally flat and even at bottom
All are good on easy to use, clean, and lightweight. The only problem I encountered is the pan bottom is not very flat. I put on my electronic oven flat glass surface and I still can feel its rickety bottom not evenly contact the surface unlike my other fire pans are totally flat. I requested a replacement but still got the same issue with the 2nd one, so it might be related ro the manufacture process or quality control. Still good to use but it is like a seesaw when using it.

All seen such pans in vlogs and now I'm so happy to own it myself. The size and quality is good. Waiting to use it to comment more.

Good size, but the material is quite thin, one has to constantly keep an eye on the heat else food may burn and the pan surface will be detroyed
