I have eaten the gummy version of these for many years, but I’m trying to limit my added sugar, and they recently changed the gummy ones to have the same amount of sugar, less of the vitamins, and they taste worse. So I went looking for a sugar free option, and these work. The capsules are on the large side (not the biggest I’ve ever taken), so if you are sensitive that, these may not be great for you. There is no taste at all (as long as you swallow it whole- I haven’t done it any other way). I have only been using these a couple weeks, so I don’t know yet if they work as well as the gummies, but so far so good.

Good stuff but i now go with other brands with more vitamin C C, zinc, and elderberry are a good combo

Airborne works. My son is a commercial pilot and is exposed to multitudes of people daily and he carries this in his flight bag at all times. He recommended it to me and it works.

Love the variety of vitamins offered but hold your breath, they smell awful and occasionally I'll burn the smell. Other than that great 👍
