**Q: Are these paints water or Oil based?**
A: Water.

**Q: do you need to put a coat of primer before a mural if you are painting on concrete sidewalk?**
A: I painted on a wood shed and used an acrylic primer. I suggest looking online for information on painting on concrete. Primer is always a good idea regardless.

A: Yes

**Q: I am painting a mural on a metal ticket booth that is outdoors. Will this adhere and hold up to the elements?**
A: I used it to paint a mural on the side of a garage 3 years ago I sprayed it with clear coat it still looks as good as when first done
