Owned one for a few years.
I bought one of these about 3-4years ago, so my review is based on the whole time I've had it.1. Waterproof: Never had any issues with water getting in, I've ridden through some prolonged heavy rain and it was fine. 10/10. A side note, I also own the R20 tail bag, this was left on my bike whilst camping for about 2 days which it rained almost throughout. There was an ever so slight dampness in the bag afterwards but it clearly hadn't leaked and I'd have no worries with electronics.2. Space: The main large compartment will hold as much as it says, it can hold more if you don't fasten the sides and don't mind it not being waterproof during that use. 10/10.3. Durability: I always used each compartment for specific items, typically the top small compartment got used a LOT, I'd put keys, wallet, cards, kindle in there, so it was always being opened and closed. The zip broke after about 2 1/2 - 3 years and I can't use it anymore. The loop at the top of the bag you can hold it by is fraying a lot, this isn't so bad, gives it a nice "being used" look, but I'd imagine some wouldn't like it. 8/10.4. Comfort: You forget it's there unless ofc you have a big weight in it. The front locking system is completely secure and it's well padded. 10/10.I love this bag, I really wish the zip hadn't broken. I would like to give it 5 stars but having one unusable compartment stops me doing that. It was good enough that I bought a R20 and now 2x R10s and if I was going to buy a new rucksack it'd be this one or a larger Kriega bag.

Excellent Quality Pack
This is a great backpack. My only complaint is that they didn't make the side-buckles adjustable for length so you could still fasten the sides down when the thing is loaded to the top instead of having the male buckle-ends flapping loose. I've improvised my own fix for it, but I don't see why that had to be necessary.

Waterproof and good quality
I have owned one of these for 14 months. I use it every day all year round. It still looks new, the inner compartment is completely waterproof and have never let me down. The 4 way harness is very good, although I do have a problem with the side adjusters, they are very hard to operate. I end up adjusting them to where I need them before I put it on my back. It is a well made quality product, then again its not cheap so it should be.

The best biking pack money can buy
Whilst there are cheaper packs you can buy, nothing compares to this. One big, fully waterproof compartment, and two external pockets which are ideal for 'his' & 'her' things which you don't want to be rummaging around in the main pack trying to find. On the bike, I used it with a one-piece race suit with built in speed-hump, and once riding, easily forgot the pack was there. If you're not using the whole 30ltrs, it compresses down to around 10ltrs, and even at speed, none of the straps flap around thanks to how they are secured to themselves. Its perfect for tall riders too, as at 6'2", i only needed it set for a medium back length.

Top quality rucksack
This was a present for someone else.We examined it on receipt and were very impressed with the quality of the rucksack. Personally I would have liked more reflective material on the front of the bag, but the receiver of the present was not concerned by that at all. Has yet to be tested in poor English weather but we are fairly sure it will stand up to the perils of rain and wind.

The crucial bit | after-sales care
It's a premium product - if you're looking here, you'll already know that. However, one of the things that marks out a "product for life" is after-sales care. The chest harness buckles are tough, but not tough enough to survive a car seat being dropped on them. But no quibbles, no questions - Kriega replaced and re-sowed a new buckle in. Absolutely no trace of repair - looks as original as the other buckle. And they turned it around in a day. Brilliant.

A No Brainer...
This is my main bag when shopping, travelling to friends and family. As someone who only rides a bike i use this for everything when carrying more than average and have to say its worth every penny...Water proof ( and i have most certainly tested that ) extremely comfortable even when packed plus two external pockets which come in handy...You don't know you have it on, the design is superb and proud to say its also British...Don't hesitate to buy this...
