I bought the devise .. as cooling wasnt working as described. I returned it my self as they dont offer pick up yet they didnt refumd me.. they didnt contact and just disappeared.. some companies steal people money through amazon. No.matter how money time i called and sent didnt get my money back

Stopped working after about use of 10 times as a whole

I bought this as a Christmas present and unfortunately the item burnt as soon as I plugged it in, I used a voltage converter as suggested by the seller and it still managed to burnt and release smoke. Really disappointed.

Brilliant! Smoothest my legs have ever been even better than waxing and a lot less painful! No razor bumps on bikini line now. Tedious to do but well worth the time to get the results. Noticed the difference within a week or two especially on my legs. No need to spend more money. Have used on legs underarm, bikini line and beard/moustache. No pain except for an occasional pin prick sensation which only lasts a second. Started on the lowest intensity but I quickly moved to level 9. Would definitely recommend

After 3 months of use with one session per week, the hair growth has significantly slowed and hair density has been reduce in areas with thicker hair. The areas where the hair is thinner are now completely smooth and hairless. The cooling function wirksperfectly as well. The laser is not painful and the skin doesn't get warm or burn. If it is the first time you are using laser hair removal, make sure that you shave the area where you want to use this laser on and cover any tattoos. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this device. I can only recommend it.
