Unschlagbare Ergebnisse beim raspeln
Da ich bereits seit sehr vielen Jahren das Einhand-Schleifgerät (mit rotem Griff) von Stanley für die grobe Holzbearbeitung nutze, habe ich inzwischen auch den gelben Hobel erworben. Da ich mit vergleichbaren Holzhobeln nicht so gut klar komme, kann ich hiermit problemlos auch größere Flächen bearbeiten. Auch wenn er nicht so aussieht, kann er von beiden Seiten zur Bearbeitung gegriffen und geführt werden. Während die üblichen Hobel nur in der Horzrichtung geführt werden können, können die Stanley-Hobel auch wie Raspeln bei Stirnholz oder quer zur Holzrichtung eingesetzt werden.

Funziona come dovrebbe
Una raspa veramente aggressiva, che toglie un sacco di materiale ad ogni passata. Usata su lastre di polietilene spesse, per arrotondare i bordi, velocizza molto il lavoro. Certo poi occorre carteggiare, perchè lascia dei segni enormi. Ho provato anche sul legno, ma il risultato è stato disastroso, in quel caso meglio (molto meglio) usare o una raspa tradizionale o meglio ancora pialle, pialletti o frese.
