Love!!!!!!!!!
What else can I say? Love! It is the true meaning of God in our daily lives. If you don't have love for yourself and.others then how can you love the One thing that stands for love more than anything in your lifw.

Another great book on coming out
I wasn't preparing ed for all of the church stuff and the over-thinking. I almost decided to not continue to read it. I'm glad that I did.It only shows how some religious leaders and churches try to place themselves above God. In the end love is love no matter who you love because God is love.

Cute
It was a cute story. At times it seemed a little long and that lead to some Minot confusion. There were some words missing, but you knew what they were so you read through it. The church as it was portrayed in this story was not a real church. Honestly, my favorite character was Caleb.

The joy of being who you are
A beautiful story about a young man who is able to move past hate and bigotry masquerading as religion. Some of the transformations seemed to develop a bit too quickly, but the joy of the story is very appealing.

The last book in the outstanding series
The last book in an outstanding series that I will not forget. Read all three. They all tie together.

A good read
I really enjoyed the story. Over the years (I'm 78) I've met several people trapped and cast out, not all with a happy ending.

Beautiful! Heartwarming! Sweet!
Damien has done it again writing a beautiful heartwarming story bringing two new wonderful characters into an already sweet cast. Zavi’s and Jolan’s story is so relatable not just for teen youth but for adults as well. Damien really captures the fear and reactions of coming out LGBTQ teens and adults struggle with its hard not to relate to what’s going on. This is a great series and highly encourage to readers. Definitely 5 stars and look forward to the next story in the series.

A tale as old as time
A tale as old as time but so fresh in the telling. Struggles between the heavy darkness of sanctioned hate and the powerful lightness of love’s embrace. The book does a fine job depicting the difficult journey to just……be.

Three refreshingly good books
Fantastic series of tales about coming of age and coming out!I I never had to come out although I lived in times when it was illegal! I just got on with my life and those that could not accept me could do the other thing! Hoping to read more from Damien and the gang from school soon!

You must read!
It is an easy read that tells the truth that many church's still will find hard to believe. The damage they do is still as bad as ever. This is a great love story that shows there is light and love in the world.

Deeply profound and heartwarming
This book is very powerful and explores the deeply rigid side of organised christianity groups, it really is a beautiful story of self discovery and enlightenment. Well worth a read.

Same Book Repackaged.
I adored the first in the series but each one just became worse and worse. Overuse of terms, phrases, the same stories with tiny twists. Book 1 and 2 literally have an EXACT scene word for word copied and pasted and changed the names of the characters. I wanted to like the heart warming story but it just felt like lazy writing at this point.I’ve never met so many people who wink at each other during every interaction.
