Purchased this Glycine to take with my NAC, as they have synergistic benefits regarding glutathione in the body. The package arrived on time, and the bottle was bigger than I expected (always a win). The powder mixes eventually as you stir. I used warm water to speed things up. Overnight I felt an immediate change as my next day began with an easier morning, clear mind that lasted throughout the day, as well as elevated energy levels. I can't believe this one supplement made such a significant change, but now I am telling all my friends about it. No doubt about this product, the quality is superb, and for the cost, it is a no-brainer to try it out. Just make sure to follow the dosing instructions as I couldn't believe you only need such a tiny amount each day, but now I see.

I rely on this stuff for a good night's sleep. It's sweet so I mix it into my nighttime tea. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a tolerance that builds over time. For the first 6 months or so of taking it, I felt like I was sleeping like a teenager again. Now I often have to take a booster in the middle of the night, so I also buy the 1,000mg capsules and keep them by my bedside. It's also useful as mild support for calming the nerves.

Good product. I use it as a sugar substitute in my coffee. I use 1/2 tsp but max dosage per day is 1 tsp. Glycine is very good for the liver, converts to Glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant. I also noticed my cholesterol dropped recently back to normal levels. Not sure if this helped or not, but this is a blessing. I could say more, but Amazon has strict limits on what I can say healthwise, so I will leave it at that. Glycine is an amino acid, natural product and very beneficial for my health. Look it up. You cannot bake with it, as it degrades with high heat, but warm coffee or tea is fine. Nice alternative for sugar, as is Monkfruit extract and Stevia. But... limited to 1 tsp per day only.
