overall it works, got it for my 3.5 year old she loves it, the color is wonderful, bright pink!! You can hear the heat beat. Just make sure it is really quiet in the room. That would be the only negative about it, it needs to be pretty quite to hear the beats. But you can't expect it to much for the price. Overall my 3.5 year old loves it and that is all that matters. Great product!

I use these to change the dressings on my wife's leg. The edges are very sharp and will cut through several layers of bandages and gauze padding without harming the skin. The district nurses who attend all want a pair as these are not issue, much better than the straight variety and very good quality/ value.
