Paul at Shiva couldn't have been more helpful in sorting out a replacement for the first cymbals to arrive which were defective (one higher pitch, one lower, clashing sound). I think this was just a random bad 'un from the batch. Paul even rang me to sound the replacement cymbals down the phone for me to check I was happy with them! :) The replacement was slightly bigger and a beautiful deep pure sound (so it might be worth ordering the slightly larger ones if you want that deeper sound). This is the first time I've ever bothered to leave a review on Amazon, but I was so impressed with the customer service that Shiva deserve recognition for it. Many thanks to you Paul!

Arrived well packaged. One is higher pitched than the other but so what? They are thick and chunky with a pleasant sound.
