Great vitamin. Have used for a few years and does seem to provide added protection against colds.

I bought these because the ingredients looked good for fighting off the Winter time sniffles. What also attracted me to them was the fact that they were capsules, because I battle to take tablets. However, these are most definitely NOT capsules and are what I call, horse tablets because they are HUGE. That's the only reason I've given my rating four stars. I have managed to get them down without any trouble so far, which is a miracle in itself. They are very good otherwise and have staved off what I think was going to be a full on head cold in my husband and I.

This is a good quality Vit C and zinc combination, both my hUsband and I take it daily and so far we have avoided flus and colds all winter.

Too big to swallow so I have ground them and mix with water. They don't exactly dissolve but are not going to waste.

The only high-strength Vit C I will use. Most of them are loaded with all other kind of crap. This one isn't.

Large pills, but very good. Was recommended by a friend and would do the same. Give them to the family to help ward off winter bugs!
