I have had this one for a few months now. It has been easy to use and pairs nicely with the app to help me monitor my pressure over time. It seems to be accurate and comes close to what I got when I went to the doctor's office. Battery life holds up very nicely and it travels well.

I’ll start by saying that while the display is nice and bright and the numbers on the screen are so easy to read, the instructions for this unit are the complete opposite. They are tiny. I think that the majority of people who purchase a blood pressure cuff are older adults and they will have a hard time reading these!Also, the cuff is really small! It may be suitable for a smaller adult but an above average/larger adult is going to receive inaccurate BP numbers due to the cuff being too small.I did like that the unit is very light and portable and comes with a great case. As I said the display is nice and bright. The reading was fast and seemed to be pretty close to what my blood pressure readings normally are. The pulse was very accurate.It does come with some kind of “CE certification” however I think this one is the China export symbol.Edited to add that I did not download the smartphone app as I don't really need it. Some may find it worthwhile for keeping track of your readings.

Blood Pressure Monitor Bluetooth Blood Pressure CuffI wanted this not necessarily to keep track of my BP, but to track episodes of an irregular heart beat (though it's hard to catch that unless you are tied to the monitor!). I've had other BP monitors & it's always hard to determine if they are accurate or not. This one is CE certified, so that was on the plus side. I like that the screen is large & very easy to read. My daughter wanted to download the app & use Bluetooth but I told her no, I think the old fashioned way is just fine. All in all, this seems to be a nice monitor.

I do indeed like this product and it does work and is accurate but I wish they gave multiple cuffs for different arm sizes. I have slight bigger arms and it barely fits me. I've been using a finger reader and it's great but I prefer one like this. Accurate and matches manual checks.

This works great. The cuff is smaller though, I barely got it around my arm. The instructions are very tiny. We had to blow up the picture to read them.

I'm going to cut to the chase and give some pros and cons for this item as well as a few remarks on it's accuracy.Pros:- It's portable and comes with a little carrying case. The case fits the pump/readout, the arm band, and a power cable and is fairly compact.- Dual-power options - comes with batteries and can run off those batteries or be plugged in via USB-C (for me it's a plus that it's USB-C rather than Micro-USB)- The arm band fit me pretty well and includes some nice instructions and images on it so you know where to place the band - I found this helpful as I've never taken my own blood pressure before.- It's CE certified and ISO 13485 (the certification standard for producing medical devices) so I feel confident using it.- I am fairly sure it's pretty accurate. I used my apple watch to test my heart rate and compare it to the heart rate given on this device - they were within 2 beats of each other. I also tested the device on myself and several family members, while we didn't have a way to verify blood pressure the values that we all recieved were fairly inline with what our typical blood pressure values are. For that reason, I would consider this pretty accurate though without a medical personal taking my BP at the same time I cannot fully verify.Cons:- At this moment I don't really have any. It seems durable and well made, portable, accurate, and easy to use. I suppose if you had large arms (I workout and don't have small arms, and this still worked) then maybe the cuff would be too small. Likewise if you had especially small arms it may not be as accurate. For a large majority of the average population I would expect this to work.
