I use this spoon to make roux, or to stir large portions or roux to then prepare gumbo. I love this utensil. A little hard to find a home for it at first, but it does it purpose; overall.

This spoon looks obnoxiously long but it is exactly the size needed for a big sauce pot! You can stir without touching the sauce or being splattered on. I gave it as a gift and we all laughed at how big it was until we put it in the pot and it was perfect.

So far great product and quality.

I use these for outdoor use only.Perfect for mixing fertilizer in large watering cans.

Sturdy and long enough!!!

Good spoon once I was able to use it after my husband stopped chasing me around the house trying to spank me with it! Lol only thing it is not treated so we had to treat it with mineral oil and that did the trick!

My fault for miscalculating

Ich hatte schon einen langstieligen Löffel. Der passte gut zu einem großen Topf. So konnte man darin bis zum Grund heruntergelangen und verhindern, dass der Inhalt anhängen kann. Nun ist der alte Holzlöffel kaputt gegangen und siehe da: es gibt Ersatz. Der Löffel ist sogar noch größer wie mein alter. Prima! Denn beim Marmeladekochen hatte ich hier und da noch Spritzer, die aus der Masse heruasgeblubbert sind, abbekommen. Nun ist das hoffentlich auch vorbei. Der Löffel wirkt stabil und naturbelassen.
