Is this good for low porosity hair?

I have low-porosity hair and I love it. After my shower, I'll spray it all over my hair then comb through it. Scrunch it a little and go to bed. Without this product, I would wake up super frizzy. In the morning, I'll either spray more on and style it with my fingers or I'll comb it out and then spray it on and then run my fingers over it. I love this product - it's changed my life. By using this I am not using hot irons or blow dryers as much. I've gone more natural and now my hair is growing and healthy!

Is the liquid clear or white?

The liquid formula is a milky white color.

Is this a protein conditioner?

I don't think it's a protein conditioner although it has yogurt in it. Says it's to hydrate, recondition and strengthen. Says it helps to reduce breakage. I use it every night and love it. It's the only product I put on my hair after the shower and in the morning I use it again to calm my bed-head down. I actually love it. My hair has grown so long since I've started using this. It has a light pleasant scent as well.
