Not for for purpose

Well constructed squat attachment that takes up way less space than a leverage squat machine. Very easy to put together provided you have the right size spanner’s. I accompany mine with an adjustable V roller stand so I can start in a proper position rather than tying to lift this from the floor. Another reviewer said they couldn’t get any weight collars to secure the weights on. Firstly this comes with 2 cheap spring lock collars, I’ve shown in my images that quick release collars fit the weight bars perfectly. Note, this only takes Olympic plates. Only minor fault with mine is one of the handle grips was missing so I’m trying to source a new one. Other than that, this is well priced and worth the buy

Presumably I'm unlucky, but the drilled holes don't line up and that's poor. Also, not enough washers for the job and the instructions are insufficient so I'm guessing which bolts get washers and which don't. That said, I can use it for its purpose so there is that. Update: this is no use to me. A problem for me, rather than a product failure per se, I wanted to use it as a cheap Smith machine, to help me keep the weight on my heels as I can't barbell squat with good form, but the barbell attachments don't screw on tightly enough to stop the detaching, causing me to fall back. I dumped the weights behind me and no harm done but totally unsafe for my intended use.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. A safer alternative to resting on a weight bench. Some minor scuff marks after unpacking. I would have preferred the minimum height to be prehapes at least 6 inches shorter to enable low enough squatting whilst being available to support the weight when tired. I will try resting the loaded bar on a side peg but this presents with risks, ( such as missing the peg ir the peg nit supporing the weight. I purchased an additional 6 foot long barbell bar but you need enough space.
