I find this a reasonably good plant protein after trying many Indian plant proteins. This is worth the investment. The taste is also not that bad. Most importantly after effects are good. Otherwise, some plant protein products in the market have extreme heaviness. This protein is relatively easy to digest.

Good protein powder, easy to mix. I did not have any digestive issues. The texture of the drink either you mix it with milk or water, tastes very chalky and gritty. It's hard to swallow. It also has a thickening agent that even with water makes it smoothie like.But I am getting used to this now, just a fair warning for anyone trying this plant protein.
