Easy Yummy Blue Cheese Powder 300g, 100% Blue Cheese

You can literally do anything with this powder and it tastes so damn good. I sprinkle it over a pasta dish, make cheese sauce extra cheesy or add it to a salad. You can really add it to anything that goes with cheese and make it as strong or weak as you like. This is my second bottle and I know it won't be my last.

I was dubious to buy this but so glad I did as its very hard to buy blue cheese dressing for some reason. I made some with sour cream, apply little at a time if you don't like it too strong. I'll definitely be buying more

Just tried this powder on Cauliflower cheese. What a great way to add interest and a real kick to a very simple dish. This is the real deal. Real strong cheddar with real Stilton, ground to a powder. It appears expensive at first look...but worth every penny....any you are buying British quality...not rubbish!!!!

Tasty product, quite nice to mix into pasta (with other spices) for a quick meal fix. Powder itself is a bit hard to sprinkle over - but if you mix it into something like melted butter first it would work well.

The item is ok and has a nice flavor, but you need to use a lot of product to get a real taste of cheese so what's the point of using it if you need so much?However, I think the product is of good quality and you can use it to make cheese popcorn, but if you want it to make other dishes I think it's not worth it because it has a high price if you compare it with a traditional cheese and you need using a half of bottle to get the same result. I think it's worth it if you use it in addition to the traditional cheese and in this way the flavor is enhanced.

I use this as an addition to my bread making and to enhance cheese flavour in my pasta and ragu concoctions! This is a very useful product and which I find myself using more often I would like to see the price or size a little more competitive?

I enjoy using this when cooking meals. It adds a rich, strong cheese flavour to dishes.Only slight downside is because it's such a fine powder it's quite difficult to blend in to some things but it's worth persevering.I'll buy again.

Was hoping for an actual blu cheese. But a light plaster smell and claggy texture. Not by any long shot is it blue cheese. Veruca maybe.
