Merino Wool Ski Socks for Snowboarding Cold Weather Snow Winter Warm Knee High

My experience with the Merino Wool Ski Socks during our winter adventure in Iceland was a mixed one. While they have several positive attributes, there's a notable drawback to consider. Let's start with the positive aspects. These socks come in the perfect size, providing a snug and comfortable fit. The quality of the materials used is commendable, and they did an excellent job of keeping our feet warm in the Icelandic cold without causing excess sweat. However, there's a caveat to consider. The socks have a somewhat compressive quality, which can be beneficial for some, but the issue arises with the tightness around the knee area. This tightness under the knee occasionally caused discomfort and even pain. It's worth noting that this problem wasn't isolated to just one user; my teenager also experienced the same discomfort. In summary, the Merino Wool Ski Socks offer some positive features such as sizing, comfort, quality, and warmth. However, the tightness around the knee area can be a concern for some users, leading to occasional discomfort.

Very thick and comfortable. Extra cushion helped protect my daughter’s shins from where the ski boots normally bruise her.

Comfortable and as high up as I was hoping. I’ve been using this brand for work and play, And even after day to day use (washing, construction etc ) great socks.
