I was suspicious because of the price (less than £230!!!!! for 8Gb RAM!) but I am so glad that I took a punt on this laptop. For the price, it really is a bargain. I bought it for my son, but set it up for him whilst he was at college and I spent most of the day using it. The build is much better than what I'd expect for the price, although the keyboard feels a tad basic. Also, for UK users you'll need to use the keyboard stickers for the 1-0 keys etc to ensure that you find the correct punctuation and symbols (@ and " for example). However, this is a small price to pay for such a terrfically intuitive device. It was easy to set up and I was impressed with the clarity of the picture, although the colour palette is pretty standard. Connecting to the internet was a breeze and it performs efficiently. This laptop is ideal for internet browsing, using MSS Office and online social media and video streaming. My son also had a tutorial over Zoom this evening and he didn't have any issues. For gamers, this would not be suitable for anything too modern or demanding. The other downside is how aggressive Microsoft now seems to be with clients. For example, boy did it not like me daring to want to install Google Chrome and did everything bar smashing my head in with a baseball bat to discourage me. MS do the hard sell, but just like we teach out kids to say to strangers, I kept saying 'no' and I eventually set everything up they way I wanted - including Google Chrome.I read in some online reviews that the power cable was short. The one that we received was just as long, if not longer, than our HP laptop (which was three times the price and has appalling connectivity). It took about 3 hours to charge from 23% battery life and is hasn't yet been plugged in! That's 6 hours and counting.This is a brilliant little laptop and I'm amazed at what good value it is. I can only assume that Teclast are purposely entering the UK market at this low price to build up a reputation. If you're needing a replacement laptop, or like me, have a child needing one for studies, this is an utter no brainer - make the most of this fantastic opportunity to own one for just over £200.

Bought for a course I was about to start, but did not. Put it away until I restarted the course this month. Everything was going well until yesterday and it would not switch on. Charged it for a few hours and tried again, still would not switch on. I read a review on here which said to hold the button down for longer, I have repeatedly done this and it will still not switch on. I was dubious about buying this brand in the first place, but thought I would give it a try, wish I had not. So in essence I have used this product for just over 3 weeks and now it’s useless! I I wished I had not bought this and bought a trusted brand instead.

laptop is very good for price very capable of doing tasks does what i want it for only thing that lets it down is the battery life from full charge it lasted less than a hour even lost charge when switched off

a Very able and quite capable Laptop for general usage, including heavy MS Office usage. Great screen and mobility.On top of that the seller is very professional, fast to respond and willing to help. Will keep in favorites!

Don't buy it...Take it from me.Absolutely a load of rubbish.Used a few times over a 2 year period and now will switch on but screen is blank.Rubbish

Not fast enough to edit videos. Basic laptop for basic tasks. Would be ok for people using it for basic word processing and surfing.

Really pleased with this purchase. We needed a cost effective laptop after an old one finally gave up on us. Neat package. Feels good quality and nice looking. Booted up fast and set up was very easy to set up. really pleased with the purchase.

The need to add the key features a laptop needs like u don't see any fans and when my son tried to put it away it hurt his poor hands and that also need to add better key caps
