It's really good

I've just bought the supplement and in my first 2weeks of using the product. Generally I noticed a difference in my blood circulation. I feel less tiring doing my work. I've not yet gone back to check my cholesterol levels. I'm waiting to finish my 2month dose. Then I will be able to say for sure effects on my cholesterol. Update later.

I bought this supplement after reading reviews and doing some desktop research. After the first week I physically felt better, my sleep and energy levels were better and I had less cravings.I’m now on my second month and continue to feel much better and have actually lost weight as a by product of having a general better well being such taking the red yeast supplement.I would certainly gave it a go.

This supplement was recommended to me by a US doctor. Over 6 months or so my bad cholesterol has come down from high to just a little above normal. I have also very slightly reduced my cheese and egg intake! It is helpful to have it combined with Q10, so one tablet to take instead of two.
