When turned to open for PM dosage days of week are backwards.
The AM/PM labels match to each other when looking at the case from the AM opening side. This can be confusing when turned to open the PM side the days of the week are in reverse order. Took me some time to get used to that.The container has Braille lids for those with low vision.The tops can be removed for easy filling.The containers close tightly, this is a plus if you're clumsy like me. I have dropped it several times and it has not spilled the pills. But it is also a con, as it makes them difficult for me to open. The lip protrudes about a 16th of an inch, it might help if it was a little larger. I have found that if I push them inward they open easier, but I feel like they will break in a bit with use, and then be easier to open.I would not recommend these for those who have arthritis of the hands or is easily confused.

The old style that I've relied on for many years.
I didn't like the hinge feel of the new version, and found the lids harder to open. This one is what I'm used to.

Meh, not outstanding but low cost and same quality I've seen at local retail comparatives.
Imprinted days are starting to rub off after less than a year. Also the pill chamber lids can be very difficult to open at times, even after a lot of use. Overall its still better than the last pill organizer I bought at my local retail store.

Nice buy
Nice sized organizer, the design is big which leaves the room I need to fill it- some are not as easy! It’s sturdy and the flaps snap shut so you can hear when they are “locked”closed. It was nice and quick to fill because of its size, I’m sure you could travel with it if you wanted. It is fully plastic so it will be easy to wipe out to clean or run through the dishwasher but I would not use heat to dry it.Worth the buy, when you have to keep track of medication for daily usage

Confusing, unfortunate design, but still helpful
I don't know what would be a better design for a 2x/day weekly pill organizer, but one problem I have with these is that when I go to open one compartment, often the adjacent compartment comes open with it. The lids overlap a tiny bit, since they are so close together. Also, it's confusing to have Wednesday a.m. on the opposite side as Wednesday p.m., so you have to flip the whole thing around to be at the right time/day. It's not the biggest deal, but today for example I gave myself tomorrow's vitamins because it looked like the next chamber left to use. Something that didn't get flipped around, so there was always a linear progression through the chambers, would work better for me.I don't feel like they'll hold up, and may look for a very different design if they start to not stay closed, for instance. Also, the labels on some of the lids are already disappearing, and I've only been using them for a couple of months.

Poorly Designed, Cheap Quality
I've hated this since the day I got it. The construction of the whole thing is flimsy; the lids don't snap closed properly and fall open easily. It's come open in my bags when traveling before and I have dropped pills multiple times when trying to open one compartment and another comes open with it. The labels on top have also worn off really easily. Overall it's just a poor design and cheap quality.

LIDS SECURE GOOD WHEN TRAVELING
I purchased this item because it is easier to keep medications being taken daily in one convenient location without taking all of the pill bottles. What I like best about the Pill Organizer is that the lids stay closed when traveling, they are very secure. I had something similar before, but when traveling, the lids would open up and spill the medication everywhere in my carry bag. There are 14 compartments, 7 A.M. with blue lids and 7 P.M. with pink lids. The price was excellent and the box is a very sturdy plastic, not cheap feeling or looking. Highly recommend this item if you need a dependable pill organizer and carrier. It was great purchasing from the vendor with no hassles. Also, this carrier delivered the order within two days, which is a rare thing with some vendors these days.
