I use this stuff to soften callused skin before filing it. This way my very hard heels look decent even in summer. As there is no instruction in the listing I put it here. Soak your feet in warm water for 5 min, towel dry, apply with a spatula (!) the softener to the hard skin areas and leave for 5-10 min to work. Wash off the gel, towel dry your feet and file straight away. The filing goes much easier and faster. Wash your feet the last time and apply some cream. Important things to know. It really softens callused skin, so it will soften your nails if it gets on them. That's why the spatula is important. Wash the gel off immediately if it gets where it shouldn't. And it's not a medical treatment, just a tool to help to file off very hard skin and make heels look smooth. You should continue using regularly some urea cream and wear socks when possible.

Used this brand in my nail technician class. Works just as good as it did in my class. I always wear gloves when using this, I've seen it blister the soft part of someone's hand. Make sure you only put it on calluses.

Kind of weird to say that the dead skin just falls off like butter, but that’s pretty much the best way I could put it. When you put this on and go to use a pumice stone or even one of those foot shavers, it seems like the skin just comes off so easy and you have to be careful when using one of those foot shavers instead of a pumice stone, because I found that it will cut into my skin very easily using this. I do also have to mention for the people with sensitive skin out there, I have sensitive skin and had no issues with this gel. I did not have any rash or redness after, and it looks like it made my feet look as if I don’t work on my feet at all.
