When reviewers say they are surprised at the quality of the chandelier, taken them seriously - this is an outstanding light fitting. It is one of my best purchases on Amazon and I've bought many hundreds of items. To do this chandelier justice, don't skimp on bulbs - do consider dimmable bulbs so that you can set the mood to match the occasion. I used dimmable LED "flame" filament bulbs with a ZigBee dimmer behind a normal looking retractive light switch (click on/off, hold dim up/down). I would definitely buy this again. * very good materials: glass crystal, metal * superb build quality * absolutely beautiful appearance * very sparkly Tips: - be very careful handling the arms, when fitting and prior to hanging. Rest them on your sofa with supporting cushions. - feed the main cable through the side hole at the bottom of the tube, which must be left clear for the based to be screwed later (see pic of the nut) - the black sleeves are heat shrink, which will secure the L and N cables into their respective clusters, which are not that secure - crimp the cluster with pliers. A hairdryer on max setting will do it (see before and after pics). - it's heavy: my fixings were into plasterboard so I used brown GripIts which can take 90+kg each, plenty strong enough. - set aside plenty of time: hanging all the glass baubles takes ages

Really really pleased with this light fitting. Excellent value for money. I put most of it together before the electrician arrived. He wasnt too thrilled to have to fit the wires through it. He had to undo a few things as it wasnt initially clear how/ where to put the wires. It was also very heavy to hold while wiring. Need a few people. How we didnt break anything while putting it together ill never know! I put the tear drop pendants on wrongly at first thinking there wasnt enough then realised the long piece of crystal attached to one of the 4 hooks of each of the “saucers”. Also I nearly threw away the very base crystal, as I didnt realise it had one at the lowest point of the fitting. Luckily I found it after throwing it away by mistake. So I absolutely love it, so does my 9 month old granddaughter. Every time I see it it still catches my eye because it sparkles and I love sparkly crystals. Yes I recommend it as its beautiful and such good value but be warned its good value probably because youl have to spend a few hours, unpacking it from all its little bags then working out how it goes together. Still love it though.

These are lovely for the money and look expensive.They were easy to assemble and hang and I really like them. No problems with the fitments.

(Dst Therese 6 arm) parts were missing when first received and once reported it took four weeks for replacement parts to arrive from China. Also, this comes in pure kit form, literally every piece is separate and requires assembly, which took hours. The electrics also require fully wiring yourself, including crimp connections etc, so this should really only be done by a fully qualified electrician? But despite all of this, once the missing parts finally arrived and the chandelier was fully assembled and safely wired, and installed, it is stunning, and truly looks like it cost 4 or 5 times what I paid for it.

Delighted with this stunning glass/crystal chandelier. The quality is fantastic - real glass and all pieces were intact. Looks fabulous in our hallway. However… you do need two people & a qualified Electrician to install this wonderful light.. it does take time & patience to put it all together - but it is so worth it!!

Arrived damaged and can't find details to sort a replacement

This is very large actually bigger than the pic shows. And very fiddly to put up I'm returning

The box arrived in pieces. I have had chandeliers before. If the instructions were more explicit it would help. The crystal has weight to it an is quality. What I didn't like was the wiring method from the arms into the main wiring and it took a few attempts to get them all to light. It is very fiddly. It took about 3 solid hours to get it built and installed. I liked that whilst installing the chandelier hanging bracket took the weight of the chandelier. It redeemed itself at one point. This chandelier definitely radiates a mesmerising twinkle and commands attention as a room centrepiece. There are prisms of light shimmering around the room with the window open. It is better than i expected. I would buy another.

Du plus bel effet ! placer en continuité d'une pièce ou ce trouvent des lustres en cristal de Murano et bien ils donnent le change ,( pour 10 fois moins cher ) j'avais un peu peur de ce mélange de vrais et de faux , je suis ravi du résultat . Il faut juste un peu de patience pour l'assemblage Si vous voulez donner à votre intérieur un style chic à un prix plus que raisonnable pas d'hésitation

Zu meiner großen Freude ist das Paket superschnell geliefert worden. jedes einzelne Teil war gut verpackt. Die Anleitung ist etwas sporadisch, aber im Grunde ist ja alles selbsterklärend und somit kein großes Thema. Der Leuchter macht echt ordentlich was her und ich bin megahappy damit

Der Leuchter muss komplett selbst zusammen gebaut werden, aber mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick und etwas Elektrokenntniss schafft man ihn in ein paar Stunden zusammen zu bauen. Da die Kabelenden nicht verzinnt sind, empfehle ich diese vorher zu verzinnen und immer jeweils zwei N Phasen und jeweils zwei L Phasen zusammen zu löten und dann erst mit der Qwetschhülase zu verbinden.

Facile à monter mais difficile avec les files électriques...
