I bought these, not because I want to 'work out', but just to keep in trim... 1.5kg is the perfect weight for that... Not enough to make you strain, but enough to give a small 'resistance'... They have a 'soft feel' coating and fit nicely in the hand... I recommend them...They shouldn't bother including an exercise chart... It was folded so heavilly that it is unuseable...
