Great price and one of the most affordable on the market. The design is nice and the stretchy material on the sides is great. Its easy to insert and remove the phone especially if you use it with case. It also clips on easily. I do wish it came with a pen holder and that the clip was removal so you can you use it case.

I was hesitate since it identified itself as a “Surface Duo 2” case. After looking at the dimension difference between the Duo & Duo 2 being a mere millimeters different and seeing that sides were made with elastic material, I gave it a shot. Good thing I did. Not only is it a decent case with an easy to open magnetic clasped fold-over top, the belt clip is well made with good spring tension and a curved in lip to ensure it remains on the belt (a must if you in a field that requires a lot of crouching or bending over). As a bonus, it has a ratchet base to allow rotation from vertical or horizontal, or various degree increments in-between (useful when sitting in a confined seat, like a car.) I also like that it has NO ornamental designs or stitching, just a plain, non-discrete semi-matte black finish. In summary I have always purchased belt clip version of cases, that slide in and out of the belted cavity. They normally wear out after a year or two, with some part of the plastic breaking. I see this case lasting much longer and will be the home of the next Duo (2 or 3) when they come down in price like the used Duo I just bought for $289.00. It is far better than I thought it would be, and look forward to Android 12L in few months if not sooner.

It’s a cheap leather quality but well made case with a sturdy clip. I only use it to pack in my book-bag to protect the Surface Duo while traveling. I would never walk around with this big case on my hip.
