Not Expected!
I am used to heavy duty wallets. This one is minimalist, so I was not sure if I would like it. I have to say it grew on me really quickly. I like the design, leather feel, the money clip and the ribbon card slider.

It is perfect. Leather, smaller than my normal wallets. Showed it off and my friends also are getting one. Easy access to cards and holds cash in clip perfectly. Rfid protection. What's not to love!

Lather quality is so bad. it does not worth it about160 CAD at all. There are many others wallets with better quality of lather than this one and also cheaper.. Canadian bank notes are not fitted in this wallet. see the pic. search on google " Kings loot wallet review" and read all post on Reddit before you buy this wallet.

I've been using Bosca's tri-fold design for over 15 years, and I've loved them (I went through 2 of them in that period). They are excellently made and are very nice pieces, and they cost a bunch. With the advent of RFID cloning and nearly every card being contactless these days, it was time for a technical upgrade to keep things secure, and it was time for me to re-evaluate how much many seldom-used cards I carry around that I now have digitally or just don't need on my person. I thought about using RFiD blockers in my Bosca (already a bit bulky) or even trying a Ridge wallet (a little too radical for me). This seems like a nice mid-way point between a traditional wallet like my Bosca and something like a Ridge. I've never used a money clip previously, as I usually don't carry much cash. I've had no issues with the integrated and removable clip in the Kings Loot, and it holds the bills very securely. I've pared down my every-day-carry (EDC) to the most important items. I have 6 flat cards, 1 embossed card, plus my ID, and some bills in this wallet, and it's still amazingly tiny. The size and weight reduction alone is reason enough to upgrade, in my opinion. No, I didn't have a George Costanza wallet before, LOL! Here in the Kings Loot, I have placed my single most-used card (for gas/dining) under my ID in the window space provided, and then I just ask to use Apple Pay at checkout in a drive-thru line, for example. When the cashier presents the contactless terminal, I flip open my wallet and hold the side with my ID to the scanner. They're confused for a second, but it gets the job done quickly and reliably every time, and I usually get a "hey, that's cool" comment. 😎 The pull-out card section is great and comfortably fits the remaining 3 flat and 1 embossed cards for me. If you have more embossed cards, you will probably fit fewer in here. No issues with my cards getting scratched up or anything either with the pull-out section. The RFID blocking works very well with this wallet (I have tested it from all angles), with one exception. The outside pocket with the Kings Loot logo on it seems to allow scans depending on how the RFID chip on that card is positioned in that outer pocket. So, I just don't use that pocket for cards. I just reserve it for a business card or two, so no problem for me. For a Benjamin at the time of this writing, this wallet is VERY nice. I'm very picky about my EDC items, and if my wife/kids would have gotten this for me, I would have been thrilled. Always a gamble when you buy an EDC item for your man, so YMMV... If you're security-minded and don't need to carry too much crap around with you, then this Kings Loot Slim Minimalist wallet makes all the sense in the world. I love it, and you probably will too! [And if not, Amazon is excellent with returns, and Kings Loot has what seems like a very nice return / replacement policy.]

I've had my original Kings Loot wallet for four years. It is the darker one on the left in the fourth photo. It has held up well and the leather has developed a nice patina. It still looks almost new. I ordered this new one, the "hybrid," along with a different wallet, the "kingsfold." I think they call it a hybrid because its a cross between a money clip and a card holder. It is smaller than a traditional wallet but still holds about as much. There is a front pocket that holds one or two cards. I keep my daily-use debit card there. There are two interior card slots under the cash clip. The clip will hold around ten bills and receipts. There is a pull tab on the end that will hold another one to six cards. I keep three cards in the pull-tab slot. They come out easily. Even when loaded with cash and cards, it fits in my front pocket. The buckskin color looks great. Out of the box, I noticed it had marks on it from processing. I wasn't concerned about this as most leather items (shoes, bags, etc.) seem to always have something. My original wallet had the same. The marks in the leather come out by rubbing with your finger. The leather is good quality. It is thicker and seems more "premium" than the leather on another wallet I was given. I'm expecting several good years of daily use from this - the same as I got out of my first one.
