Overall good for a prebuild
Got the i913900 w/ 4080.The computer is great! My recommendation is just add an aio in your budget right away and just switch it over (i went with the nzxt kraken 360mm 2023 non rbg)Pros- overall good parts minus the AIO (CPU water cooler), and the power supply. Packed and shipped well. Easy to start up with directions. Nothing was loose on first look over. No odd sounds. Technically passed benchmarks at stock gaming experience is great out of the box.Con - when benchmarking the CPU the temps went up to 100c right away. Throttling the cpu. Computer should not be doing that at stock. Customer service is helpful. I questioned their aio they will probably send me a new crappy aio per their policy. I wish they would just give me a credit to pay for a different one (that i ended up just buying as seen in supplied picture). With that being said when removing the old cooler i found that the thermal paste was not spread evenly. Leaving the middle with none. 2 screws were cross threaded that were holding down the cooler. I was disappointed with that experience. The new cooler dropped my cpu temps to the low 80c. Huge improvement.Anyways i would recommend them for what happened was to be expected, despite the cons list all prebuilds skimp on the aio and power supply. Its a well known fact. And just so you know nzxt is basically the same company. Owned by the same family. It is disappointing that they are very aware of their aio issues and they keep selling it. Which tells me they are so cheap for them that it makes sense for them to keep them in a keep giving extras away rather than installing a better one. I also feel bad for anyone that doesnt know how to work on computers bc i would be way more upset having to send my computer in to them for weeks for them to put a aio that fails within a year.

Top Value for high end Processor and GPU (i9 13900KF and 4080 GPU)
I looked at several complete PCs (I just don't think saving a couple of hundred bucks is worth it building my own) and this one checked all of the boxes, being one of the most affordable that had the i9 13900KF and the 4080 GPU.)The first thing to know is how they do it for the price and the answer is simple. They use pretty bread and butter components. The system board in mine is an ASUS Z790-P WiFi. This board does not have the most ports or slots in the world, I did not a lot of ports or slots because I will never put anything else in it.The processor is the 13900KF version, which means it does not have integrated graphics, but I don't really see the need for integrated graphics , so this was fine for me.The thing that would likely bother most people is that the GPU is a PNY. This is an authentic NVIDIA 4080, but it lacks the vapor cooler and instead relies on fans, but I have no need to overclock the system because in my own applications, the CPU is usually the limit and often the GPU is not running more than 60%, though in VR, it can run higher, but again for me, the CPU is usually the limit (Microsoft Flight Simulator is the main software I use). So, you get a 4080 that is more than sufficient to run most cames at 4K and overclocking likely isn't needed for most people. The misses are the keyboard and mouse, but I don't like full size keyboards so this did not bother me. The included keyboard is I think a membrane keyboard but for a membrane keyboard, it is pretty clacky and loud but it works ok, if you don't mind that, but agian, I use a 60% type (Membrane so no prejudice against membrane keyboards from me but I am not a hard core gamer. Flight Simulator moves slow.)The system is completely free of bloatware.Evertything on my system was fine out of the box. I did upgrade the BIOS, but other than that, no changes. This system more than meets my expectations but if you are a gamer that likes to do a lot of overclocking and mods, there are probably better options, but for my budget and my needs, it has been [retty much perfect in terms of price to performance.(I did have an issue with GPU crashing my app and contacted iBuyPower, who quickly responded and offered some troubleshooting tips, but in the meantime, I came to find it was a Direct X12 issue, but support did respond when I contacted them, so while I can't say they fixed it for me, they were quick to get to me and start offering assistance.)Five stars from me. No one should expect top tier components for this kind of money, but for the money, you get a great, complete gaming system with a top tier CPU and GPU.

Very Fast
I was pleased with the computers performance. Something went wrong electronically. I want to purchase this computer again but the refund process is taking a long time.

Mixed feelings
I bought this gaming computer with high hopes of it being the best in class for Flight Sim. It functioned well for 3 or 4 months and then the CPU began overheating. iBuyPower Tech support was very good with over the phone support however the computer needed to be returned for service. My computer was a victim of what is highly revealed on Reddit - bad AIO cooler. IBuyPower manufactured a good array of parts with a cheap AIO cooler. Luckily I bought Amazon's Assurion insurance and they did everything to my satisfaction. They paid the costs of return shipping and ultimately due to parts unavailability I am receiving a refund.. I would highly advice Amazon customers to buy this insurance for piece of mind on expensive items. I wanted to like the computer but they must have cut some corners.
