Each band does and gives what it says, love using this for muscle strength and improving my joints. It has a bit of a chemical smell but its to be expected and not unpleasant. No band has broken or snapped on me yet but lets hope they hold.

Got the item brand new but I’ve not used yet

Initially I wanted some band longer, but the bands work really well, with inexpensive clothesline rope, by wrapping the band around your foot, the clothesline through the band, using the clothesline for an extended strap. I used an inexpensive carbine hook, with the crochet clothesline rope, so I dont get rope burn from the thin rope. I can exercise my arms with long extended side workout and short stretching with the bands along. If you have very solid bars in the house, such as disability bars, you can wrap the bands around the bar and stretch from them that way too. On a nice day, you can wrap them around a solid bar outside and do some light stretching in the beautiful sunlight.

Bend too easy and are way too thin. Do not recommend

These are very nice quality bands. Sturdy and easy to use. Love that they came with a storage bag. It makes them easy to take when we travel.

Can't find a good way to use these.
