At first, I was a little creeped out when my brother got this—I thought it was seafood! But it turns out it’s actually a vegetable with a texture similar to squid. The Szechuan flavor is amazing, and it’s genuinely spicy. This stuff is seriously addicting!

I wasn't expecting this to be a squishy snack, but it is good.The consistency is a bit like a soft onion, and it is drenched in a spicy sauce.The individual package seem to be the correct size for what it is.It doesn't take long to eat a pack, and it is enjoyable.That being said, I have never had the feeling like I wanted to eat more than one pack at a time, and I don't think I ever ate more than one pack of it a day. I think that is a good thing to be satisfied with the tasted of it without feeling like I need to eat more and more of it like with some snacks.

These taste sooo good. Reminds me of the Ma La snacks I would get in Chongqing.

CAUTION: The ingredients on the box say that there is milk in it, however the ingredients on the Amazon listing do not list milk. Can't return it because it's food.

Bought these cause my boyfriend's and I were craving some kind of spicy snacks. We boths tore through this box and devoured every single bit. So much flavor and great texture. Hard to believe its konjac when it taste like it could be squid or some kind of seafood
