I seen these advertised on TV at twice the price and thought it would be ideal for my cat. Looked on amazon and seen this for less than half the price. My cats not really impressed at what ever I buy him, but he likes this, he's not sussed out what the brushes are for yet, I put some of the catnip which was supplied with it on the base and he rolls all over it and scratches the base which is a bonus because he won't scratch the cat scratcher I bought him. I am sure it's only a matter of time before he susses out what the brushes are for. Fantastic price and delivered well within the estimated time. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it. It's well worth the money.

Only problem with this product is that it's not weighted great, which means it will topple over easily with a larger cat unless moored to the ground with something heavy on one of the corners. Ideal for smaller cat or kitten. Comes with catnip which cat loved but actually getting the cat to use the scratches for intended purposes depends on your cats personality and unfortunately our cat uses it to lie down on the carpet part and sniff the arched scratching post instead of scratching on it - but otherwise a good product which is as advertised

Although you just slot the arch into the base I couldn't do that quick enough for my cats, they absolutely love it. I feel it will last a long time as the bristles are really firm and strong and the carpet base is really good for scratching. Even after 2 weeks it still looks like new, and I have 2 cats and 5 big kittens!! It is great definitely recommended

Size and sturdiness as I expected (not super robust but fine). Good idea but the cats completely ignore it - even with cat nip on it so it's basically just sitting there like some weird ornament. :\

Base is not flat ,does not stand flat and stable and rocks ,bought for small kitten and its too light weight and just falls over as its very unstable, brush does not stay in holes either ,all in all very poor quality item ,totally useless really

My Cats give this 5 stars. This is a good product, assembly is very easy, just put the arch into the two holes, get a dinner knife, and tap the plastic with the back of the knife, its easier to get the plastic pins into the base that way. The two cats first investigated it and within a couple of seconds worked out this was a super idea. And you cant get a better recommendation than a fussy pair of cats, because as any owner knows, they make their own rules in the house lol. So the cats love it, its at a good fair price, and as i love my cats its really good to get one for them.

Bought two of these, one for each of my cats and as soon as they were delivered we set them up. (You receive a pouch of catnip - we haven't used this yet as we have a spray of catnip which we use on their scratching posts and they love). So far its been 20 mins and the cats can't get enough, they are playing/rubbing themselves allover the arches. My younger cat loves scratching the base and my older cat can't get enough of rubbing her face on the bristles. Fab Buy. After seeing reviews where hit and miss with some cats we were willing to risk it and so glad we did!

My cat loves this product. She uses it for scratching but also enjoys have toys dangled through the hole. It makes her crazy and she comes flying across the room to play. My cat is a large Ragdoll and has no problem weaving her way through it. The arch has come out of the base a couple of times, but this is only when my cat is being crazy during play, rather than through normal use. Easy to assemble and much cheaper than one being advertised on TV. A great purchase all round, a happy cat, and less cat hair :)
