I used to take chromium picolinate what is essentially the same product however I realized it was causing me HYPOglycemia..LOW Blood Sugar.I do not have diabetes but I am prone to getting reactive hypoglycemia so this is a better product for those people that get hypoglycemic

These did NOT take away a current episode (the shakes and hunger) but within three days I didn't have any of the symptoms (like "Gotta eat, NOW")!They are a regular part of my morning pill regimen.
