I love easy it was to install. I was worried about how big of an opening to cut but then they provide a cutting Mark to show you how big it needs to be . And comes with different size screws and I really really love how they designed the lock feature and I get no wind in whatsoever . The best doggy door I’ve ever had. Good work!

I found this cat door to be very well built and designed. The manufacturer even gives you multiple lengths of screws for any application and a template as well. I installed it on an exterior metal door that was 2.2 inches thick, using the longest screws that came with the unit.

My dog loves it. Strong magnet closing. We've had several storms and the door hasn't blown open. Easy to install. Curious to see how well it works in the winter.

My dog figured out how the push on the top of the dog flap and it will pop right off. Easy to fix if you can find the door flap and it’s pegs that fit back in to the notch are not broken off. Other than that flaw would be perfect.

Easy installation but the corner of the door flap snapped off within three months. After a month of being interrogated by the supplier on what sort of pets we had, how heavy they were and wanting photos, we still have not had a replacement door and instead have a large hole in our kitchen door. Have asked Amazon for help but we are past their normal returns period. Would not buy again.

We got this for our dog. Easy enough to instal/fit into our wooden door. What was confusing however was that the flap locks are all on the outside. Nothing on the packet or online description indicated this and we did not realise until we had pretty much finished installing it. It means if you want to lock it, you have to do so from the outside. It also means that anyone can unlock the dog flap from the outside, so you would not want to have this in your door if it was close to a lock on your actual door, as someone may be able to reach inside with something and unlock your door. Just a head's up, if you are wanting a door that you can lock/unlock from the inside only, DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!
