Easy customer support
I made the mistake of hand carrying this while traveling. With Asurion, I got a refund when the airport broke my microphone during customs. It’s beautiful and works well.

Warning
I bought the bundle thinking everything in it was compatible, but I was wrong. The microphone has two ports. One that you connect to a USB port on your computer and the other so you can connect your headphone. It was easy connecting to the computer but the headphones do not connect to the microphone so you need to buy additional items to make it work. Why offer a bundle when it is not compatible?
