Yes. It's a long sleeved light cotton top.

Q: Are these stretchy material or the ones that go baggy ?

Normal cotton teeshirt fabric, a bit stretchy but not like lycra. Didn't go baggy.

Q: What size for 11 year old? Child is average size for 11 year old but dont want skin tight. Would next size up be too big?

The long sleeve t-shirt we bought was good value and slightly too big so I wouldn't go up a size.
