Works better than anticipated!
It works just as intended, allowing me to switch between 3 devices on a TV with limited inputs. The best part is, it is "smart" .... It automatically detected signals and switches between them, so I've never actually used the remote. I assume that it might be necessary if I were running all 3 connected devices at the same time, but since they all share a display I can never see that happening unless there's overlap between what I'm doing moment to moment.Very satisfied.

Works for 2 computers going to thunderbolt dock
I needed a device that would allow me to route my hdmi monitor to 2 computers. Being apple computers with m1 chips, they are only able to access 1 external monitor via my thunderbolt dock. The dock unfortunately did not include an hdmi port. So I reluctantly bought this little device hoping it could route the 2 hdmi inputs to my other monitor. To my surprise, it really works. And BEST of all, is that the automatic detection actually works, so I don't have to toggle with a button or remote (it just works depending on which computer I use). Note: I don't use them at the same time. Issues like these are so difficult to research solutions for, especially ones that don't cost a crazy amount of money for reliable hardware. So this KOOFIT device is definitely the typical cheap, lightweight, underwhelming quality that you expect from any made in china Amazon brand. The hdmi inputs are NOT gold plated as shown in the product gallery, and overall it feels incredibly cheap. But credit where credit is due... this thing has solved my problem so far. Another thing to mention is that it does look nice in my desk setup (small; led lights are nice). The only thing left to judge will be longevity, and I may reduce stars in the future if it fails anytime soon. But as for now, I am happy and give this a solid 4 stars. I hope this review helps someone!

Not Working - No Customer Service Available
The switcher turned on (red LED only) but will not show or change input sources with the remote or by pressing the front button (manual) as it should. Read the instructions again, watch the video, but this problem is not addressed. I wish it would be possible to reach the company for support, but there is no way to reach them. Sadly, I live outside the USA, therefore it would be more costly for me to return the item than ordering a new one.Update: Wow! Even though I could not reach the company, they contacted me after seeing my review and immediately offer a full refund. A faulty product can happen with all companies, but this kind of customer service is not very common. I'm am impressed and grateful for KOOFIT's initiative and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Therefore, I am changing my rating to a well deserved 5 stars.

UPDATE: Seller replaced product and it’s great!
Update: After reading my review, customer service contacted me and they offered a replacement. The new Switch works perfectly as stated. Thank you very much!!Original Review: Doesn’t display any image. Tried with three different devices on two different tvs. Maybe my unit is broken. Wasn’t expensive but still I wish I chose another one. Not it’s more expensive to return it than just keep it and get a new one.

Stopped working after 8 months
This HDMI switch worked fine for about eight months. At about eight months it stopped passing audio signal from the source device to my television. Unplugging the power source and the HDMI output restored functionality for a few minutes, and then it immediately began to fail again. this time when it failed, it made a loud popping sound across the audio signal and completely failed, no picture or audio. Bypassing the switch and plugging the HDMI directly into the television restored functionality, so it is definitely the switch which is failing. I don’t expect any electronic device to work forever, but not last for a year is unacceptable.

A Quality 4K HDMI Switch
It does what it's supposed to do, and it does it pretty well. It turns on and off along with the selected input device when it detects a signal, switches to the correct input automatically, and is 4K HDR10 compatible. I'm very happy with this switch.

Can anyone explain why “the green active port light “blinks green”?
This works pretty good! I only have one thing I can’t figure out. It had the red power light on for a month and a solid green light for the active port. Now, that green light “blinks” about every 5-7 seconds… it just started doing it.. any advice? or help from the MANUFACTURER would be greatly appreciated!!

HDMI box works great, remote was DOA but handled better than any instance I can recall in years.
The HDMI box itself works just fine and if you have .. too many .. devices like me, 20 bucks isn't bad for something like this. I was a little unhappy at first due to the remote arriving completely useless. While there was no visible damage it simply did not work and swapping the battery did not help but upon leaving my original review the company contacted me not just for a replacement but also a refund. In the meantime I've been using the button on the box to switch between an Apple TV 4K and the newest Chromecast and a computer or two depending on the day. I use this one for viewing devices, I've a separate HDMI switch on this TV for gaming devices. Picture clarity is perfect. No flickering. No black/green screens as with others. I don't notice any audio loss even while using full dolby surround sound.I DO have the USB cord plugged in for the extra power. This likely isn't required depending on if your devices supply their own power but some won't, especially older ones so if you have any issues with things cutting out/flickering be sure to plug it in. It'll need a full 0.5v. That means if you're plugging it into a power strip that has multiple USB ports, it typically has to be the only one plugged in. Some newer strips/surge protectors supply enough to each port but many split the power between each active port so keep that in mind.
