Bought this book as a gift for my friend who is an aspiring food start up entrepreneur with his brother. They both loved the book for its simplicity yet comprehensive manner that topics were covered. And with amazon it's always prompt delivery !

Very good book

The book runs through the prospect of starting and running a mobile food business. It's US-centric but it still gave me a good and pedagogic overview.

Great book well worth getting

The book arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. However the content of the book, although written very well with a lot of relevant information if I lived in America, but absolutely useless for the UK. From memory this was not made clear on the order pages nor in newspaper items I read at the time.
