I've used this for maybe 4 months now and it is the best probiotic I've ever used. The most notable difference is that I hardly have any gas ever anymore. My body loves this stuff. It may have an appetite suppressing quality, hard to say if this is what is causing that for me. But I do have little interest in food and not in the best way, but this presumably could be a factor in that.

The two best benefits I experienced were weight loss and decreased appetite. I lost 10 lbs the first two weeks, then just stayed there for the remainder of the bottle. Also, the first day I took it I made a huge salad for dinner. Normally I have no issues eating a salad that big but only got through half before I was full. This stayed through the whole time I took this. Also, if you try to eat more despite feeling full, there’s a feeling up reflux. That happened a few times we went out to dinner and the food was so good I wanted to eat it all. I’d suggest listening to your stomach on that. No increase in energy for me and I actually had a harder time falling asleep while I took it. Otherwise, it’s a great product. It works for the purpose I took it. It’s easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste too. I would recommend if your curious to try it.

I have been taking this for about a week. The sticker price kept me away but after watching lots of Youtube information about how this product is made I decided to try it. I am in my 60's, took it this morning, and have been up all morning, no breakfast cravings, coffee of course, cleaning all the cabinets in my kitchen. I also recently discovered fermented Chlorella & Spirulina Broken Cell Wall The Chlorella Company. My energy is sustained. Worked from 8 am till 12 noon. No break. This is energy I used to have when I was younger. Thank you for a great product. It's 1 PM and I am having my first hunger craving of the day.

Of course I can't say that the issues I'm having are only related to the change in the capsule content of the second bottle. Like another reviewer my first capsules had a nearly white content color. After taking them for 10 days I had amazing energy and felt better than I had in quite some time. Now on week 2 of the differently-colored second bottle, I've experienced the opposite effect--my energy is completely zapped and I feel unable to face my day. Perhaps the manufacture of this product is not yet fully reliable.

I’ve tried so many brands of probiotics over the years but pendulum is by fast my favorite. I feel great.
