I LOVE THE TASTE despite all the reviews of those who need sugar. NOPE PLS DON'T ADD SUGAR TO THE GUMMIES - That would be an oxymoronic thing to do. I hate sour apples - these gumies are NOTHING like that. But then ... if i knew what its capable of I'd eat one every morning for assistance in loosing pounds. I am only on my first week. I didn't realize it but I wasn't climbing the walls to night binge by the 3rd night. My most difficult time is after dinner til' bedtime i go into crazy zombie mode. Since my 3rd day taking - no Zombie mode - I did eat snacks when I wasn't suppose to but I was conscious and I stopped myself when i cannot normally do this. Whatever is in them it helps shut the crazy craving down without the jitters. I did take 2.5 gummies and the rest of that half later on a day I knew I'd want to pacify myself and I did pretty good - not as bad as usual. I did massive research so I wouldn't have to pay a ridiculous price for kelly clarkson shark product and yet have the same exact ingredients ... and its here. I don't know yet about loosing weight its much too soon but wanted to report on it curtailing my appetite and me LOVING the taste!!! I will report back in one month if any weight loss - I do not have a thyroid anymore and am old so I won't loose as fast as the young me but will update any progress notes.

That's why they got a medium review. I don't think that they fit the claim of being keto friendly. But they did taste. Very good and I really liked what they had in them except that the fos they use doesn't work for me apparently. I haven't ever noticed any problem with fos before though.

This is my 2nd review for this product as my last one somehow didn't meet the guidelines. So honesty is not ok. If you are looking for apple cider vinegar therapy, grab a bottle at your local store, put 2 tablespoons in a tolerable liquid (if you can drink juice or like apple juice) , shoot it, stomp your foot yell yeehaw, and do that every night before dinner. This product, i was duped as well, so this does not come from a high horse of any kind. is a sugar bomb, read the servings etc.it is expensive and there are zero benefits. all of the other stuff in it is fluff or negates any possible. i am of the philosophy or thought process, any attempt is better than no attempt. save your money on this. you can get a huge bottle of apple cider vinegar at your local grocery for under five dlrs.

I have 4 children, work full time and run a small business. I am exhausted. These gummies advertise energy and immunity and we can all use some of that. I don’t have time to get sick and I sleep 4-6 hours. I discovered Keto but was lacking certain vitamins and it’s difficult to find any with little to no added sugar. I dislike Apple cider vinegar in shot form so I decided to give these a try and I really like them so far. I feel good, I feel healthy and they taste great! I have been taking them consistently and I’m already calculating when I need to reorder. I definitely recommend these gummies! I have been trying to lose weight more consistently since I’ve had my last child and so far I am down 18 lbs. These are great for suppressing hunger but not giving you starvation headaches. Make sure you drink tons of water and these will work great for you. The only thing I dislike is how delicious they are, I could easily snack on these but of course I stick to the 2 a day.
