First off, this set is NOT compatible with Lego. The pieces are quite small, but they fit together well, and the finished product is delightful. I am an adult, and I'm not sure a child would have the patience or dexterity to complete this build. You build the set inside out, as you will not be able to get your human size fingers into the kitchen after the walls are build. I found that out when something fell off the wall and I had to put it back using tweezers! The set was missing some parts, and there were many extra parts that don't seem to go with this build. Overall this was an enjoyable build, and I will purchase additional Loz sets in the future. In the first photo I included a Lego character so you will be able to judge the size difference of the figures. Tiny but adorable!!!

I was very nervous purchasing these. I love legos and thought I’d take a chance on these. What a pleasant surprise! It is so stinking cute. Be aware that these are tiny pieces and it definitely requires dexterity. The instructions were clear and well done. The quality was much better than I expected. They are a great value! The only downfall was that they aren’t laid out in bags that correspond with the directions. So it took me quite a while to get used to hunting and searching for these little tiny pieces, which I just decided to count as part of the challenge. Enjoy!

Very nice farm house. Got it before original delivery date. Gave lots of extra pieces. Sweet!

What a headache!I bought this for my 7 year old daughter and thought this set was going to send me to the crazy house! It constantly fell apart while building it. I would get a step done and then have to redo the ten previous steps! If it wasn’t for my daughters sweet face I would have thrown it across the room out of sheer frustration! It is not built in a way to stay together, it crumbles under the smallest amount of pressure! Like the pressure it takes to put on another lego 🤦🏻‍♀️The instructions are so impossible and unclear and the process makes no sense. It’s tiny little pieces on tiny little pieces and it won’t hold together!I do not recommend this. Sure it’s cute, if you ever cross the finish line. And forget letting your child do any of it. The instructions are WAY too confusing.It’s like they give you confidence with the building of the little island first, then crash your hopes and dreams with the ice cream van 😭Just spend the extra in Lego brand. Save yourself a trip to the looney bin!

Overall good set! Not as sturdy as mayor brand and the pieces are a bit smaller. However, it was a nice build. No missing pieces and instructions are very clear.

this is a birthday gift.

What I like about this set is the attention to detail. You place two crabs under the sand between channels of water that are then covered up. I appreciate knowing they are there even if you can't see them. What you should be aware of is this is a mixed Chinese language set. So, there are Chinese characters on some pieces instead of English. I don't take this to be a bad thing. I am the kind of person who want to know what exactly is being written there and that adds to the experience of building this with my 9 year old daughter. She has complained a few times that the pieces are too small and difficult to build at times. I think that is more of a micro scale complaint than of the set's construction. The instructions are reasonably clear but the pictures could be bigger. I find myself counting dots a lot to make sure I have something in the right place. I would say the general age minimum for building this set is a 6+ with supervision or a 9+ without.Overall, I am enjoying this set and the change to build it with my daughter. My 9 year plans to give it to my 4 year old for her birthday coming up once it's built.

Even though they were very clear about the size of the blocks I was still shocked at just how tiny they were. A child would lose half the pieces within five seconds. I broke my leg so I made a day out of just putting this together, took me about 9 hours total. If the bags were marked and the book told you which piece was in which bag it would have cut my time in half. It's really cute and I love the details but this was a frustrating build.
